Architectural design of the building. The KSEVT building, with a total internal area of 2,500 square metres, was designed by architectural offices Bevk Perovič arhitekti, Dekleva Gregorič arhitekti, Ofis arhitekti and Sadar + Vuga, which for the purposes of the project were organised into the Architectural Association for Vitanje. The architectural design of the building was based on supra-modernist view and Herman Potočnik’s plan for the first geostationary space station, Living Wheel, which he described in his famous book ‘The Problem of Space Travel’. The architects added the dynamics of spinning to the exterior.
