Photo moments is a monthly photographic highlight from the Thezaurus photolog collections. Readers are invited to submit their special favourite photo for Photo moment selection. We begin by celebrating in 2008, the Slovenian EU Presidency year, with the image of the sculpture, Slovenian Sun, by sculptor Taizo Murakami.

Slavko Frankovič is an amateur photographer from Ljubljana. In his photographic work he focuses on the beauty captured in a single object or detail caught during his frequent excursions into the countryside. The photo was taken in the village Temenica in Dolenjska (Lower Carniola) in autumn.
